Starting a Return
Sometimes things don't work out. We understand.
💭 Changed your mind?
You have 7 days from delivery to return your order. You'll cover the shipping costs both ways—it's only fair. Just make sure everything is in its original condition.
⚠️ Something's not right?
If your item arrives with defects, quality issues, or doesn't match what we promised, we'll make it right. You have 30 days to let us know, and we'll cover all return shipping costs. This is on us.
What We Can Accept
Returns work when items come back the way they left—unworn, undamaged, and ready for someone else to love.
Important Exception
Sale items are final. They're priced that way for a reason, and we can't take them back.
How Refunds Work
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quick inspection, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. How quickly it appears in your account depends on your bank—we wish we could speed that part up, but it's out of our hands.
When Delivery Goes Wrong
Lost packages happen. If you believe yours didn't arrive, contact us within 24 hours of it being marked as delivered. We'll investigate and work with you on a reshipment or refund—just provide any proof you have.

Report missing packages within 24 hours of delivery confirmation for the fastest resolution.
A Few Important Notes
If you refuse a delivery:
We'll process your refund once the package returns to us, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you return something without approval:
We may not accept it. Unauthorized returns can be refused, and any costs that result are yours to cover.
We protect against misuse:
Excessive wear, damage, or signs of fraud mean we'll decline the return. This policy exists so we can stay fair to everyone.
